This tends to be most useful when by exclusion autoimmune hepatitis is being considered and the following are necessary as components of a validated probability score.[1]

  • Autoantibodies
    • Antinuclear
    • Anti-smooth-muscle
    • Microsome type 1
    • Soluble liver antigen
  • Serum IgG
