Trauma Center: New Blood is the third game of the Trauma Center surgery simulation video game series, currently in development for the Wii. Contrary to Trauma Center: Second Opinion, which is an expanded Wii port of the original Nintendo DS game, New Blood is an all new installment, with an entirely new plot, along other features not seen in the previous title, including CPR, a cooperative mode, online leaderboards, full voice-over dialogue and a 16:9 widescreen mode.[1]

Plot

Doctors Markus (Mark) Vaughn and Valerie (Val) Blaylock, two Alaskan surgeons with the "Healing Touch" ability are recruited into the Concordia Medical Institute after their local facilities close down. Once there, they learn that the doctors on staff are regularly much more concerned with their excessive lifestyles than the patients they tend to. As the story progresses, Mark and Val eventually join the Caduceus Medical Organization, where they begin to learn about a vast conspiracy.
