The Iliopectineal fascia (Latin: ) is a fibrous membrane that separates the muscular compartment (lacuna musculorum) from the vascular compartment (lacuna vasorum) This is deep to the inguinal canal and transmits the iliopsoas muscle (within the muscular lacuna) and the femoral sheath (within the vascular lacuna).
