Foosh Energy Mints

Foosh™ Energy Mints are caffeinated mints made in the United States made by Vroom Foods, Inc. a Costa Mesa, California based company.

FOOSH may also refer to a common cause of arm injuries.

Each mint has 100 milligrams [1]of caffeine, about the same amount as a regular cup of coffee, and 25% more caffeine than an entire can of Red Bull. [2] Each sugar free peppermint also contains an energy blend of B vitamins, ginseng, and taurine. The caffeine is absorbed through sublingual infusion as well as digestion, allowing the caffeine to enter the system quickly. [3]

Foosh™ Energy Mints were created by Jason Kensey. As a graduate student who didn’t drink coffee, Kensey was frustrated during late night study sessions by his limited choices when it came to caffeinated products, thus the idea for Foosh was born. Kensey founded Vroom Foods, Inc. in Costa Mesa, California. After much research, Foosh™ Energy Mints became a reality. The company also makes Buzz Bites™ Chocolate Energy Chews. Foosh Energy Mints come in a pocket-sized blister pack, each containing six mints and can be found at Spencer Gifts nationwide. Tins of Foosh Energy Mints, each containing 12 mints can be found on the internet or at various specialty stores.
