CD52 is a protein present on the surface of mature lymphocytes, but not on the stem cells from which these lymphocytes were derived. It is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)--anchored antigen expressed on the all lymphocytes as well as within the male genital tract.

It is the protein targeted by Alemtuzumab.

It is associated with certain types of lymphoma.[1]
